Event Location: K-Wave Store (14260Q Centreville Sq. Centreville, VA 20121)
Event time: Tier 3 reservations are available from 6:00PM - 7:30PM. Below, you will select one of the two 45-minute timeslots that works best for you. There are a limited number of reservations for each timeslot so act fast!
What do you get?
Purchasing the Tier 3 Pass gains you access to the event along with a K-Wave goodie bag filled with stickers, buttons, and photocards, a tote bag made exclusively for this event, an 11×17in poster, the group’s newest album, and access to the exclusive dinner.
There will be four rows of tables for dinner. Below, you will select the price for which seat you wish to have. The row closest to the artists is the most expensive, and the seats get cheaper the further away one is.
During the first 15 minutes of the event, you will receive your dinner catered by a local Korean restaurant served by K-Wave staff and Big Ocean. Following, a small group of you all will have a 20-minute session with the group where there may be games or group discussion. Finally, the last 10 minutes of the event, Big Ocean will sign the product of your choice.
Will other merchandise be available for purchase?
Yes! We will have the newest album, “Underwater”, available for sale in addition to other official merchandise. Further, K-Wave has partnered with Parastar Entertainment to bring K-Wave exclusive merchandise for the event including t-shirts, posters, photocard holders, etc.
Event requirements:
Individuals are required to arrive no later than 5-minutes prior to the start of their desired time.
Any individual arriving late will be denied access to the event in accordance with our agreed upon rules with the management company.
As Big Ocean will be offering other events in the area, the management company has requested there be no selfies or photography. With that, K-Wave staff will secure all electronic devices prior to entry to the store.
K-Wave will be able to accommodate individuals inside the store during the event time. Therefore, you will not have to wait outside in the heat. However, if you arrive early enough before a prior session has ended, you may be asked to wait outside.
While waiting inside, each individual is required to be respectful of others and the artists. Customers should speak quietly in an effort to not interupt others taking their turn speaking with the artist. Any individual acting without reverance for others will be escorted out of the venue without refund.
A maximum of 3 items may be signed for any particular customer.
